Now that we are home, it always seems that their are things to do. David thought it would be a good idea to have a reverse osmosis (RO) water system at our house. We have one in our MH and it works really well. We always have clean, consistently tasting water where ever we go.
Now we don’t have terrible water where we live. In fact, we have just the opposite. Our water in our home is close to bottled water levels. That is at least what David found out after he got his handy dandy water meter out and tested it.
So one day UPS shows up at our door, not that unusual, and drops off an RO system for our house. Another project. Yippy. It seems that when you have a house, the projects never cease. It’s the same in an rv too. But on a much smaller scale of course. Unless you’re David.
So David gets to work. Tools…check. RO system…check. Wife to read instructions…check. I must say, David’s pretty handy when it comes to things like this. But I am glad that he wanted to look over the instructions first.
After not much trouble, no he wasn’t on the phone with a plumber, he had it installed and working. He even installed a line across the way to our refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser. So now, we are enjoying pure drinking water at home and in the rv. Plus, this little project made me clean out underneath the sink. So now it’s nice and tidy under their. Another bonus.
I.M. a wonderin’ if Dave are a gonna be a smilin’ that big smile of his when that thing starts a leakin’ after a while, as in :):):) or are it gonna be :(:(:(
