Our View at The Vineyards Campground in Grapevine, TX
Grapevine, Texas. What a lovely place. Just 20 minutes north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Visiting some friends in the area. We found this lovely campground, the Vineyards. Right on a lake. Nice views. Quiet. Weather warmed up to 70’s. Just what we needed.
As you can see, Tasha is enjoying the warmer weather too. She’s getting a ton of fresh air and sunshine. Oh, and did I mention grass? Now that the weather is warming up, the grass is really starting to come out. Nice. When this trip started, we never thought we’d be searching for grass. I guess it’s true what they say…It’s the little things in life.
However we do leave tomorrow. Just came up for a couple of nights for a visit. Next time we’re in the area we’ll definitely have to stay longer. There is a ton of stuff to do here. And there’s no way you can go hungry. Lots and lots of restaurants is an understatement. Who wants to cook when it’s so lovely out? We have to go exploring some more now before we leave. Bye for now.
