Fun hiking day. Went out with Loki to the trails just 10 minutes from us. It's good to get out and Loki loves being off leash on the trails. Rain in the forecast coming soon so we had to get out before this gets all muddy. So this happened. After 8+ years of constant use, our washing machine died. David did try to repair it but parts were half the price of a new washer. We opted for a new one as the belts and everything were over 8 years old so not sure how much longer we'd get out of it. Out with the old and in with the new. Thankfully Camping World had one in stock and they were only 10 minutes down the road. It was no small task getting the 150lb washer up the narrow steps of our coach but we did it! So proud of both of us for taking on this heavy task. More to come in a blog post. Mom and dad drove me to the doctor yesterday but this was a different kind of doctor. He's called a chiropractor. I've been to Dr O before but this time I was a little sore. You see, when I had my playdate last week with my new friend Abby, I fell on the cement when I was chasing her. Ever since then mom and dad noticed I wasn't running like I usually do. They said I was bunny hopping. I'm not a bunny! I'm a doggie. So Dr O fixed me up. But get this! He said to put this cold thing on the back of my neck for a couple days. How weird is that!? Mom and dad said I was a good doggie and I got a peanut butter lick mat! I was concentrating so hard on getting every last drop of the peanut butter that I didn't even notice the cold pack on my neck. Not that I would have any way.....Hello! I'm part Husky! But I wasn't gonna say anything cause.... you know....peanut butter! I do feel much better and I slept really well last night.
