As sun sets the wind is kicking up. We’re expecting rain. I suppose that won’t be too bad. Maybe it’ll bring out the Blue Bonnets. Every spring Texas is covered in a flower called Blue Bonnets. Spring is around the corner, kinda. And with Spring comes flowers and warmer weather. We can only hope something beautiful will come out of the rain.
I was working hard the last few days getting all our tax paperwork in order. It is officially out the door to the CPA’s. Yeah! I can’t think of one person that likes tax time. Now we can tour around the area without this big tax cloud hanging overhead.
We decided to stay here, in this park, for another week. We’ve just been too busy working this past week to explore much. We are about 30 miles west of San Antonio. For those of you that have been regular followers of this blog you know we wanted to go to the Alamo and the Riverwalk. So staying this extra week will give us plenty of time to see what we want and not be rushed. We originally were going to leave here Tuesday (tomorrow). That just wouldn’t do. Plus this park that we are at (Top of the Hill RV Park) in Boerne, Texas is nice. There’s grass for Tasha. Nice views. Peace and quiet and the people couldn’t be nicer. Couldn’t ask for more….except maybe clear skies. I’ll see if the park can work on that. Couldn’t hurt to ask, right?
