What are we doing here?
When the weather get’s like this, we wonder.
But their is a plan. We need to stay strong and stick to the plan.
At least that’s what I keep repeating over and over in my head.
When the weather turns like this, and the snow is falling all day long. No possibility of getting the motorhome out with these snow piles. I shovel the front walk several times. David is getting over being sick with a fever. Our driveway needs to be plowed again because the neighbors plow guy that came and helped us out while David was sick in bed did a terrible job. But we shouldn’t complain, and we won’t. He did help us out when we got 14 inches of snow overnight and David couldn’t plow.
But we do wonder why we are still here.
But theirs a plan. Theirs a plan. Theirs a plan.
Rinse and repeat…theirs a plan.
Snow Falling. Our Front Yard From The View Out Our Window.
Because who really wants to come back to this weather if you don’t have to? It is pretty though. Just don’t go out in it. It’s 20 degrees and frigid. Everything cracks and crinkles under foot.
We’re dreaming of a warm summer breeze. In the motorhome. Kitties on our lap. Enjoying the fresh northern air. Exploring new territory. Meeting new friends. Catching up with old friends on the way.
Breathe in…Breathe out.
Aaaaaaaa….Theirs a plan.
We hope all our friends that read this had a happy and safe holiday season. Enjoy the video below that David made on Christmas Day.
Here’s to a Healthy and Safe New Year!
And the best of plans.
But you know what they say about the best laid plans…
…Nope! We won’t go there.
Cheers!
